Natural Michelada Salt

We have been designing cocktails for restaurants, clients, and events nationally for many years. Recently we have got hit by the pandemic as well as everyone else. With our backs against the wall in many cancellations we had to think of something we can do to add to the economy and create work to survive. With our “Michelada Rim” variety stemming from the Margarita Festival organization being so pleased with our presentation and service that they asked us to staff the main Margarita Festival in the downtown area. So we designed a delicious margarita and again didn’t want to use basic and boring salt. We came up with a salt mix recipe using dehydrated red chiles. Again, it was a hit! A gentleman from the crowd came up and threw a very generous tip into our jar and asked if we could bag up our salt mix for him and his wife to make margaritas at home with. Winner!
