Natural Culinary Lavender Salt

We have been designing cocktails for restaurants, clients, and events nationally for many years. Recently we have got hit by the pandemic as well as everyone else. With our backs against the wall in many cancellations we had to think of something we can do to add to the economy and create work to survive. One Summer we were doing a wedding on a ranch off a beaten road by Austin, TX. I had designed a culinary lavender margarita and you guessed it, I curated a salt mix design using dehydrated culinary lavender. The guests enjoyed it very much. A couple years forward we got an email asking to ship our culinary lavender mix to Chicago as it was our client’s sister’s wedding now and they were excited to get their hands on our culinary lavender mixes for the special occasion.
