- Flair bartender: $100 per hour (bottle work and showmanship as entertainment)

What else goes into a corporate bar budget
- Mixers, garnishes, and ingredients: about $12 per guest when we supply them.
- Portable bar with backbar and lighting: from $450.
- Glassware rental: about $2 per piece. Many corporate clients choose real glassware over plastic for a more polished feel.
- Premium craft ice: from $125.
- Edible-logo cocktail printing: from $450, which puts your company logo right on top of the drink.
- Molecular mixology (liquid nitrogen, dry ice, cocktail bubbles): from $450.
- Alcohol: priced separately. How alcohol is sourced depends on your event and venue, and we walk you through the options in your quote.

How many bartenders does a corporate event need?
Staffing drives most of the cost. As a rule of thumb, plan on one bartender per 50 guests for a full cocktail bar, or one per 75 guests for beer and wine only. Add a barback once you pass about 100 guests so bartenders never leave the bar to restock. For a deeper breakdown, see our guide on how many bartenders you need for 150 guests.

Ways to control your corporate bar budget
- Limit the menu. Two signature cocktails plus beer and wine serve faster and cost less than a full open bar.
- Match hours to the agenda. Open the bar for the reception and close it during speeches or dinner service.
- Spend on the moments guests see. A single branded cocktail or a short flair performance makes more impact than a longer bar shift.
- Offer a signature mocktail. Non-drinkers get a real drink, and the menu stays inclusive.
